Music and rhythm games are fun, but if you can’t keep time they’re almost impossible to play. Developers Berzerk Studios decided that this was not fair and wanted to make a game where even the most musically adverse could still have a good time while rocking out to some sweet tunes. Just Shapes & Beats is as simple as it gets. Up to 4 players take control of a few different shapes and attempt to not be hit by other pink shapes that are entering the playing field in time with the music.

Players have a dash button that will allow them to pass through the pink zones and not take damage, but if they happen to take a few hits and get knocked out a fellow player can revive them by simply running over them. The pink shapes give a visual and sometimes musical warning of when and where they will appear, but the shear number of them constantly invading and moving around the screen make it hard to keep informed of the whole screen.

Currently the games has no platforms listed, but a PC release seems likely.
