The Eclipse takes over
The second episode of Pokémon Evolutions has dropped, and this time we’re headed to the Alolan region to visit with Lillie. Lillie, it seems, is trying to rescue her mother, all while Lusamine bashes through a worm hole to battle Necrozma. As the battle rages, it will require Lillie to use her wits to make it through.
The animation style of the Evolutions series is definitely cool, with excellent linework and a good level of contrast in the imagery. The plot is surprisingly dark for the series, but that may be the case with everything that came out of Ultra Moon, where this episode’s timeline is set.
The series will drop new eps every other week through to the new year.
