A huge new world in front of us
Ever since Amazon announced its Lord of the Rings series, we were very, very cautious. Optimistic, but cautious. How would a streaming service handle such a massive world that could barely fit in three (okay, six) films?
It turns out, pretty well.
The streamer dropped a brand new trailer this week ahead of SDCC, showing off some of the locations that will feature in the series. We see mountains, seas, valleys, forests, and all of those things on fire. ALL OF THEM. The show is epic in scale, leading up to the crafting of the Rings and the ultimate destruction as evil creeps into the hearts of man and beast.
Woohoo! Evil!
