Final Fantasy XIV FanFest in-person event returns

While most of you were sleeping, and during their latest Final Fantasy XIV Live Letter, the FFXIV team made a major announcement.

🇬🇧 London – Oct. 21-22, 2023
🇯🇵 Japan – Early 2024

Since first playing Final Fantasy XIV during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and being a lifelong fan of the Final Fantasy franchise, I’ve been in love with the world of Eorzea. To say I’m excited that FanFest is returning to be an in-person event is an understatement. Much like similar conventions like FanFest, fans of the game will get to learn what is coming up for the franchise, such as a possible announcement of a new expansion, new class, new playable race, and more.

As mentioned in the tweet above, Final Fantasy XIV FanFest will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center from July 28-29, 2023. For London, UK it will be held at the ExCeL London, but for Japan there is no announcement as to where it will be held in 2024.
