Rhythm Sprout review

Rhythm Sprout review

Beat a path down a Low-Fi chill groove sidewalk.

Put one foot in front of the other and slice up some gingerbread boys with the meanest mugs you’ve ever seen on a cookie. Rhythm Sprout is here to save the princess, or make some friends, or hang out with a bunch of weirdos. Or something. The plot really is a more (somehow) chaotic Adventure Time.

Three button rhythm mechanics makes this a game that’s accessible to everybody — but don’t confuse accessible with easy. This game handed me my lunch on more than one occasion, but it’s not relentless about it. The fun and whimsy this in games presentation, mixed with the chill original soundtrack, makes Rhythm Sprout an easy recommendation to rhythm fans and casual rhythm gamers everywhere.
