I think it’s time we stop trying to be friends with Dinos
Listen, if movies and TV and games have shown us anything it’s that we constantly try to live alongside thunder lizards and it never, ever turns out GOOD. In fact it always goes VERY VERY BAD.
The Lost Wild definitely leans into the bad, as in THIS game our only goal is survival. The game will have us avoiding, deterring, and trying to sneak past the beasts, hoping that maybe we don’t have to take them on.
Hint: we probably will.
The cinematic trailer shows a future in which the creatures have taken the planet as the apex predators. The game tasks players with really studying the creatures and understanding their movements, habits and more as they aim to discover what happened on this mysterious island.
There’s always an island!
The Lost Wild is being developed by Great Ape Games and will arrive in 2027.
